The obverse is the emblem of the BNB and the year of her establishment - 1879. In the circle are inscribed “Bulgarian National Bank”” and the year of issue – 1999 and the nominal value of 10 leva.
The reverse side depicted house from the old Plovdiv. On the top of the coin has an inscription “EURO”.
